  1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Anavila Wellness platform and the booking of services and experiences available through it.

By accessing the platform and booking any service, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Anavila Wellness operates as an online platform that facilitates the booking and payment of wellness services, culinary services and other experiences delivered by independent professionals.


  1. ROLE OF ANAVILA WELLNESS

Anavila Wellness acts exclusively as a booking and payment platform connecting guests with independent service providers.

All services listed on the platform are performed by independent professionals or companies who operate under their own responsibility.

Anavila Wellness does not directly provide the services and is not responsible for the execution, quality or outcome of the services performed by the providers.


  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Services available on the platform may include wellness activities, fitness sessions, massage treatments, private chef services and other selected experiences.

Each service is described in detail in its respective listing on the platform.

Service providers undertake to deliver the service substantially in accordance with the description provided.

Images and visual materials used on the platform are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual service delivered.

Anavila Wellness reserves the right to update, modify or remove services from the platform at any time.


  1. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices displayed on the platform are expressed in Euro.

Prices represent the total amount payable through the platform unless otherwise specified.

Anavila Wellness is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom and operates as a platform facilitating the booking and payment of services provided by independent professionals.

Prices displayed on the platform may include applicable taxes where required by law. The tax treatment of services may vary depending on the jurisdiction where the service is performed and the status of the service provider.

Where applicable, local taxes or regulatory charges may apply in the jurisdiction where the service takes place.

The price of each service includes the standard service described in the listing and the materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the service.

Additional requests or services not included in the original booking may be subject to additional charges agreed directly with the service provider.

Anavila Wellness reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.


  1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed only once the booking process has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

After confirmation, the guest will receive an email summarizing the details of the booking including the date, time and location of the service.

It is the guest’s responsibility to verify that the information provided during booking is accurate.


  1. PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments may be made using the payment methods available on the platform, including credit cards, debit cards and other electronic payment methods.

Payments are processed through certified third party payment providers.

Cash payments are not accepted.


  1. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

Guests may request to modify a confirmed booking.

Modification requests are subject to the availability of the service provider and cannot be guaranteed.

If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the original booking conditions will remain valid.


  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests may cancel a booking under the following conditions.

More than 14 days before the scheduled service date
Full refund of the amount paid

Between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled service date
50 percent refund of the amount paid

Within 7 days before the scheduled service date
No refund will be granted

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed.


  1. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for ensuring that the service provider can access the property where the service will take place.

Accurate address details and access instructions must be provided during the booking process.

If the provider cannot access the property due to incorrect information or absence of the guest, the service may be considered a no show and no refund will be granted.

Guests must ensure that the environment where the service takes place is safe and suitable for the performance of the booked service.


  1. GUEST DELAY AND NO SHOW

Guests must be present and ready at the agreed time.

Service providers will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.

If the guest does not arrive within this period, the service may be cancelled and considered a no show.

In such cases, no refund will be granted.

If the service is still performed after a delay, its duration may be shortened accordingly.


  1. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The number of participants must correspond to the number specified during booking.

Additional participants may be accepted only if agreed in advance with the service provider and may result in additional charges.

Service providers may refuse the service if the number of participants exceeds the number originally booked.


  1. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Certain services may involve physical activity or wellness treatments.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in the booked service.

Guests must inform the service provider of any relevant health conditions, injuries or allergies that may affect the safe execution of the service.

Participation in the services is undertaken at the guest’s own risk.


  1. SERVICE PROVIDER STATUS

Services available on the Anavila Wellness platform are provided by independent professionals or companies.

Each service provider operates under their own responsibility and in accordance with the professional agreement entered into with Anavila Group Ltd.

Such agreements govern the operational, commercial and contractual relationship between Anavila Group Ltd and the service providers and are not part of these Terms and Conditions.

Service providers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the service is performed.


  1. LIABILITY

Service providers are fully responsible for the performance of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anavila Wellness shall not be liable for any damage, injury, loss or inconvenience arising from the execution of services by independent providers.

The role of Anavila Wellness is limited to facilitating bookings and payments through its platform.


  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither Anavila Wellness nor the service providers shall be liable for delays or inability to perform the service due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, transport disruptions, government restrictions or public health emergencies.

Where possible, services may be rescheduled.


  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anavila Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Any potential liability of Anavila Wellness shall in any event be limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.


  1. SERVICE PROVIDER SUBSTITUTION

In the event that the originally assigned service provider becomes unavailable due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, Anavila Wellness reserves the right to replace the provider with another professional of equivalent qualifications and experience.

Such substitution will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund provided that the service delivered remains substantially equivalent.


  1. PROPERTY OR VILLA MANAGEMENT INTERFERENCE

Services booked through the platform may be delivered in private villas, residences or properties managed by third party property managers.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that the property owner, villa manager or property management company allows access for the service provider.

Anavila Wellness shall not be responsible for any limitations, restrictions or refusal imposed by the property owner or manager that may prevent or interfere with the execution of the service.


  1. SERVICE RELOCATION OR RESCHEDULING

If a service cannot be performed at the originally scheduled location due to access restrictions, safety concerns or operational limitations, Anavila Wellness or the service provider may propose an alternative time or location where the service can reasonably take place.

Guests will be informed as soon as reasonably possible in such cases.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
