This full body practice is rooted in the principles of classical Pilates, control, breath, and precision, and enriched with dynamic stretching, joint mobility work, and both active and passive flexibility training.
Each session is structured to strengthen the deep core muscles, improve posture, and restore functional mobility in the hips, spine, and shoulders. Movements are deliberate and aligned with conscious breathing, creating a practice that is both technically refined and physically transformative.
Particularly beneficial for those seeking to enhance flexibility without compromising muscle tone, and for guests experiencing stiffness or tension in the lower back, neck, or hips.
Sessions can be adapted to different levels and physical conditions, ensuring a balanced and safe progression.
Choose between a focused Pilates session centered on core stability and alignment, or a more dynamic Flexibility Flow designed to increase range of motion and fluidity.
PRICING
A 60-minute session costs €193 for up to 5 adults. Each additional adult is €25. All necessary equipment is included.
